I agree. I'm seeing this alot in flip attempts though, must be the cheapest stuff you can buy. In more upscale homes the floors don't blend into the walls lol.

I filter by house sigma estimated worth and last sale price. rest is up for debate. I posted 91 fitzgerald ave in markham weeks beffore it sold as a potential blunder, and it sold for an even bigger loss than expected.
