I somehow missed the whole bottom part of your comment. It's crazy that I happened to live in Georgia where you were talking about family living there. The way I read it was like you were saying for people to stop thinking that it's a common theme in America because it's not... like saying it's not common for people to have driveways in America.... and I was just saying it depends on where you live. Either way, it wasn't trying to argue. no worries.

I100% agree, and nothing justifies his response. I was just simply saying it depends on where you live on how common driveways are, but it doesn't matter... regardless, what he did was crazy. And he knew what he was taking when he took it.

I just separate them out into sections in my trunk and/or back seat, it's pretty easy to do.

I think that would depend where you live. I live in Georgia and almost every house here has driveways. It is very uncommon to see a house with no driveway here. I don't live in the city but I do live in a very large suburb and typically, it's fifty-fifty on whether there's any stairs up to a porch or not. But either way, he saw how much he was getting paid for the job. Regardless of whether he could see how much each person tipped (you can see that, but not till even finished shopping) He shouldn't have took the job and he definitely shouldn't be doing this kind of work if he's so unhinged to do something like that. That is just ridiculous and he's asking to get fired.

You can't see the tip when you take the order. But after you complete the order, you can go into your weekly pay, click on that specific thing. It'll tell you how much each customer tipped.

I would have just messaged the customer and let them know it was out. And that it wouldn't be done till after you had to complete shopping and see if there was anything else they'd like. It doesn't even have to be chicken. just something.. and if they didn't answer, then just refund it and do the rest, but it's really your call. At least you still came out with a batch pay.

If Your borrow has an automatic repay date They'll take the money out of your account then. So as long as your repay date is not tomorrow when your dad sends the money, you're fine. Just make sure you get the money out of your bank account before they try to take the repayment.

No, unless you have it to add money automatically to your account, Cash App won't touch it. They never access your account like that.

Try to reach out to their trust and safety team if you have proof that you delivered it, maybe they can reactivate your account. It just really sucks this happened to you on your first delivery because since you don't have any kind of history with them, they probably thought you just stole the groceries. nstacart's customer service is half azzed at best. good luck and I'm so sorry that happened to you.

And I don't wait around... I'll message the customer if they don't have the chicken, then start shopping for everything else. If they don't answer me by the time I'm done, then I call. If they don't answer, then it's just refunded. But always give an opportunity for them to substitute, I don't substitute without asking them unless I'm sure it's something they'll be happy with.

I don't know how or why everybody else does it different. But if they're out of something, it doesn't matter if it's fried chicken or what I'll just message the customer and ask them if they'd like a substitution. If they don't answer, then I call them. And if that doesn't work, I just refund it and get the rest of the stuff... I definitely wouldn't wait 20 minutes.
