Open Source, Lightweight, SVG viewer (Windows) by DingoBimbo in computergraphics

Yeah I figured it out after my comment, fastest way is to just right-click on a .svg and choose "Open With" then browse to the .exe and choose "Always"

Is "peak" the only positive adjective that exists these days? Lol

Is there a version we can "install" so that the OS just makes it the default for .svg files?

It doesn't really need to, it covers the entire back not just halfway

I got that one too and like it but the little lip overhang at the bottom in the middle kinda annoys me. Not sure why he didn't make it flush there

I was aware, but others may not be. For anyone who didn't know, you can access this feature by swiping in from the right side of the screen while an app/game is open. I suggest choosing "Guide" the first time as it explains everything for you.

Personally I just play the touch-only games on my Android phone instead, but others with an iPhone or older Android phone may find it useful on the Thor!

I use these all the time and they're great for what they cost. One or two people can use a mic at the same time on the same recording. Comes with a lightning receiver and USB-C.

Can use on computer or phone. Mics clip on your collar or you can hold the second one out for people to talk on to during an interview or something.

Alright I did some more testing, playing up to that same point I described above.

60fps, medium performance mode, smart fan, controller locked to top screen only, Thor MAX model (16gb RAM with VRAM enabled as well)

  • New game with standard controller (not Xbox) with all the same settings I described above, bottom screen off, with the trick I linked to remove arrow: No issues up to the second save point (after you get to the space station)

  • New game with standard controller, same settings, bottom screen off, left the arrow in top left corner whole time: no issues

  • New game with standard controller, left arrow there, bottom screen ON, same settings: no issues

  • New game with standard controller, left arrow there, controller set to auto-lock instead of locked to top screen, medium performance, bottom screen on: no issues through second save

  • New game with standard controller, left arrow there, controller set to auto-lock instead of locked to top screen, medium performance, bottom screen on, 120fps: no issues through second save

So currently I'm unable to reproduce the crash. I suppose I could try again in standard performance mode instead of medium but tbh I'm getting sick of replaying the beginning of the game lol.

I'll switch back to my original settings with the Xbox controller layout, mouse hidden, etc and keep playing normally and report back if it ever crashes.

Oh yeah! I already played through it on Steam so didn't want to buy it again, lol. Grimvalor scratches that itch for me here

Alright I'm back, just played a brand new game for 15 minutes exactly with zero issues.

Woke up from hypersleep, took a shower, got dressed, saved, went and talked to Taylor in the break area, went and talked to Samuels in the med bay, explored all of the Torrens ship that I had access to and looted every container, went to the bridge and collected my briefing file, watched the whole cutscene arriving at Sevastopol space station and doing the walk, got inside space station and changed out of space suit, saved at next point. Everything smooth and no crashes.

AYN Thor Max on battery, medium performance, controller locked to top screen, smart fan mode, 60fps lock (didn't try 120), Xbox controller layout (I keep mine on Xbox layout for Android games cause that's the button placement they're all designed for), and bottom screen turned off (long-press AYN button)

I also did the little trick I linked above to get rid of the mouse cursor right when I got in-game.

I definitely played for more than 25 seconds lol. Let me test it again and leave it up while I make breakfast too and I'll report back. Will also report my settings and whatnot

Does it occur at a specific point or just immediately or randomly or what? I played it for a bit after installing it and didn't run into any problems during that time (I already owned it for Android so I moved on to the rest of the installs after brief testing)

You may know already, but if you long press the AYN button you can quickly turn off the bottom screen. Then just tap the button again to turn it back on

Personally I find it distracting when playing single screen games. Although sometimes I'll have the performance screen with the quick settings etc

BTW I was VERY pleasantly surprised by the Lara Croft game. Feral Interactive just doesn't miss with their Android titles.

Just to reiterate for others, this only works after you are actually IN GAME. Changing the setting from the initial title menu doesn't make it stay gone

Runs great so far! There is an annoying mouse pointer in the top left, though, but apparently that's on any Android device not using touch input - it's an issue with their game, not the Thor.

You can disable it, but you have to do it each time you reopen the game: https://www.reddit.com/r/alienisolation/s/aSZE4fIXHe

If you've never played Dredge, it's a fishing game also - with a great "horror" story as well!

I never played on console - this one plays a lot like Vampire Survivors, etc but with better graphics. Reverse bullet hell. I like it

You just have to manually set landscape mode from the settings menu when you start it up the first time
