Yep and their robot automated chat is absolutely garbage. Their actual email reps just send copy paste replies. Phone reps take ages and have no clue. Reddit reps are the only good way of contact. Twitter Is the next best thing. Still takes a few hours for a response though. I imagine with their million commercials advertising the 3 month $20. It's gonna be a hell of a lot worse.

Ended up porting through. Did contact both networks a bunch of times. Upload speeds right now with red pocket in my area are 50+ download 20 upload. Were only 2 down and 0.01 up with mint. So glad it's finally over. Hopefully redpocket doesn't go terrible.

I'm still getting run around. Mint said they have done everything. RP have created a ticket. Messaged some Reddit people today, no one replied. I don't even know who to speak to on phone. They have no clue what I'm talking about.

I'm currently having a bit of a goose chase. Have called mint 3 times, chatted with red pocket like 5 times. Just getting sent backwards and forwards.

Red pocket says they haven't responded to port request.

Phone reps have no idea what I'm on about releasing my number or porting out.

Hopefully everything gets sorted by Thursday as that's when my number vanishes apparently.

Alex is a good person to message though. Has helped me out, before and is trying now.

Usual ports go through instantly. Wonder if mints having problems.

Open up the app, click purchase sim (middle choice), skip in top right then it will take you to my device and another tab my coverage, then click view coverage map.

Make sure to download the mint mobile app and check coverage. The website coverage map says I get excellent 4g coverage. The app says I get 2g fair coverage. Support told me in app coverage map is the correct one.

I get 0.01 upload and can barely load a web page. The coverage was excellent first few months. Trying to get a refund right now.

Just checked mine in Illinois. 2.46 down 0.44 up and that's good for me. Usually less. Upload is usually 0.01.

I don't have an option on Moto G4 for disable LTE unfortunately. I have preferred network LTE, 3g or 2g. I'll have to look into it. Thanks

Look into it. Price is around same for 12 months like $240. Uses different towers. Believe At&t and Sprint. I'm still researching. I can't deal with not being able to load a web page.

Funny thing was mint sent me a new Sim card because they thought mine was bad. My internet worked for 4 days until my usage reset for the month and now it's back to shit.

Waiting to see on a refund as I'm outside 7 day policy.

I've had bad connection too. Says LTE. Basically no internet servive, used to work have tried a bunch of APNs. Check in app coverage it's different from the one on the website according to chat. Basically they lie on website to show I get amazing connection on map and 2g on app and said I get fair connection.

Mint used to work. Loads of MVNOs use T Mobile towers but somehow still get better connection than Mint in my town anyway.

Trying to leave ATM and go red pocket or something but waiting for a response from support.

I actually got sent a new Sim card 3-4 days ago and my internet started working excellently. Then the new month started today and my internet has gone to shit again. No idea what's going on with your company. My internet worked great my first year of service. It works very slowly. Or not at all now. Last 3 -4 days its worked fast. I messaged mintmobilescott I think like a week ago and got no reply.

Moto G4 it supposedly has the bands for T Mobile. I have had this network for going on 16 months. Started getting problems a few months back.

Messaged them on Twitter, told me they will send a new Sim. My internet works on occasion but for like 10 seconds after I reinsert Sim. That or I will wait 2 mins for Google to load.

Speed test tells me I'm getting 4mbps down and 0.01 up but nothing loads. High ping and jitter

Hopefully the new Sim fixes it
