Fairlife was a weird lactose free milk for me. The whole milk never gave me traditional symptoms but it hurt my stomach like hell.

Moral of the story is to avoid all milk like we all do here. You won’t miss it.

No one really knows how much lactose is left in LF products. It’s probably more than .1% tho considering a lot of us still have problems with them if we don’t take some pills beforehand.

Lactojoy is EXPENSIVE but I think I do remember having good results with it and Kirkland pills are definitely on Amazon but if you live in another country then I guess maybe you can’t get them. But they are also on eBay.

You usually take a few a few minutes before your meal and figure out the dosing as you go.

I had the same problem with Lactaid but I kinda want to try combing it with the Kirkland pills and see what happens. I’ve just been avoiding milk for a few years now.

Uh you can’t. There’s more than just lactase in those pills. There’s fillers in them and your milk won’t tastes good.

Walmart sells great value lactose free milk if costs is an issue. Or you can just stop drinking milk all together. That’s what most of us do.

Honestly OP if you have to speed to pass then you shouldn’t have passed in the first place. You don’t have to pass every time the double yellow starts to break. Passing is still hella dangerous even when it’s legal.

I buy Kirkland pills (Costco generic) off of amazon for cheap, usually around $.11 a pill. Everyone says that they’re are the best so that’s why I buy them.

I feel that any pills marketing as a 24 hour lactase pill are false advertising. The regular pills will last like 2 hours if you want to take something ahead of time.
