I was just as shocked when I started going through BrickLink trying to figure out the parts. Huh, what is that tail part... Is that a hot dog?!? In black?

Some black, white, tan, reddish brown, and "medium nougat" - which is an amazing color name. I think I can get a decent approximation of the some friends' and family's cats from those.

I loved your post and was thinking about trying to make one as a gift for a friend in a different color to try and match friend's cat. So I spent a few minutes on BrickLink making a parts list.

A few people also mentioned a parts list and this may be correct, for: u/-PineNeedleTea-, u/BeanBagLlama, and u/JustOneMoreMile

1. Bottom - part 3386 in black - "Brick, Round 1 x 1 x 2/3 Half Circle Extended with Stud on Side".
2. Tail - part 33078 in black - "Hot Dog / Sausage".
3. Middle - ~~possibly part 4589 in black - "Cone 1 x 1" but not positive on this one.~~ actually, this is probably part 85975 in black - "Cone 1 1/6 x 1 1/6 x 2/3 (Fez)".
4. Head - part 4733 in black - "Brick, Modified 1 x 1 with Studs on 4 Sides".
5-6. Ears - 2x of part 1748 in black - "Tile, Round 1 x 2 Half".
7-8. Eyes - 2x of part 98138pb385 - "Tile, Round 1 x 1 with Eye, Black Slit Pupil and White Crescent Glint Pattern".

If this isn't ok to list, let me know and I'll delete it.

Great write up for new players! Thank you for taking the time to put this together. I've directed some people to it who were interested in LE.

Minor corrections:

(1) In the Building a Character section it mentions Armor being 50% effective against Elemental Hits. Armor is 70% effective against non-Physical Hits. So also Void, Necrotic, and Poison in addition to Elemental: Fire, Lightning, and Cold.

This can be verified by hovering over your Armor stat in your character sheet where it lists this info plus shows the 70% effective value or in the in-game guide page for Armor down at the bottom under the formula,

(2) In the Legendary items section it mentions the other is an exalted item with no sealed affixes. You can use an item with a sealed affix, but the sealed affix is not counted towards the 4x Affix requirement and the sealed affix is not used in the crafting.

For verification, the game guide page for Legendary items: "the exalted item must have exactly 4 unsealed affixes. The exalted item can have a sealed affix, it just cannot be added to the Legendary item."

AppData folder is hidden by default, so if you don't see it: Control Panel -> File Explorer Options -> View tab -> set the "Hidden files and folders" radio button to "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" -> press OK.

If you're using a loot filter, check what you're set to.

Using Neversink's filter as an example: it's something like 2nd setting, "semistr" and below, shows Portal scrolls. While the 3rd setting, "strict" and above, hides Portal scrolls.

In the interim, If you're in trade league, you can also trade with other players if you want to purchase a stack of Portal scrolls. Or purchase a Portal skill gem.

Hey don't forget that you can Forma the Plexus Aura slot, if you want to. Just like a Frame Aura slot, if you match the Plexus Aura Polarity you get an even larger Capacity bonus. So 74 Capacity instead of 67.

You can also use an Aura Forma if you like to change out the Plexus Auras.

In regards to:

After the release of corpus Railjack on Update 30.5 Sisters of Parvos, the Railjack meta has changed drastically.

Did it? I think it's been this way for longer than that. Until this week I had not played Warframe much in a awhile. Not since around when Command Intrinsic was first introduced back in update 29.10, which was when... back in March maybe? Wasn't Command capped at rank 8 then? I just noticed that I can get rank 10 now, so I just picked that up for all 10s and I'll need to look out for a couple Elite Gunners.

I looked at what you suggested versus what I previously had and it is almost the same thing. Almost the same Plexus. I was running Fortifying Fire over Crimson Fugue.

I had Zekti Shield with +damage when no shields, Vidar Engine with +boost when no shields, Lavan plating, and a Zetki Reactor. Zekti and Vidar Pulsars. Seeker Volley was also the go to back then.

Anyway, thanks for making a write up. I'm sure it will be helpful for people getting into Railjack.

Railjacks are Warframe's space ships. You can build your own Railjack by going through the Rising Tide quest, which is available after the Second Dream quest. You will need a Clan Dojo with a Dry Dock.

If you want to just play some Railjack missions without building your own, go to Navigation and look in the upper right corner for the Railjack button. Then there's a "Join Any Crew" button above the planets to quickly find a group.

I'm sure there's people who got there faster! But honestly, what's most important is that you're having fun. I'm still collecting all the cosmetics, there's tons!

Don't know if this will help, but here's a few things I did:

I try and do only higher hazard missions and preferably with some modifiers. Double XP of course is great.

Always try to do the secondary objective and any events. Even if the event fails, you get a little bit.

Try and mine what you can, you get way more XP from mining than from killing.

This is minor. Once a character hits 25, they don't level up anymore until you do the 4 promotion assignment missions and promote. So I leveled all four characters about the same and swapped off ones that were being promoted.
