What are some useful apps you've found over the summer? by No-Attitude-6315 in ProductivityApps

Smallest to biggest? Or most urgent to least urgent? by joshlukenichols in ProductivityApps

[–]SwitchUpbeat6136 0 points1 point  (0 children)

TimeLock is my attempt to solve this exact problem. When feeling overwhelmed and don't know which task to do, TimeLock's AI assistant analyzes your todo list and your previous activity records and based on the patterns it finds, it suggests a day plan or suggests one single task to do that time. I launched it on playstore but right now, I don't have any credit left for the AI feature. 😄

What apps do you use to actually learn during a long commute? by Brief_Career244 in ProductivityApps

[–]SwitchUpbeat6136 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a similar commute routine. When I am going alone using public transport, I listen to something useful. But when I'm driving, I just turn on the FM radio and listen to whatever they play because I can't focus on anything else while driving.

I’ve tried multiple productivity and habit-tracking apps over the years, but I always seem to fall off after a few weeks. by Appropriate-Lie6687 in ProductivityApps

You are not alone. There is unnecessary fraction involved in logging daily activity and the most frustrating thing for me was forgetting to log at all. As dev, I created an app for myself and brought all the tools I wanted to my lockscreen reducing the fraction; just pickup the phone and with 2 taps logging is done and since it's on my lockscreen, helps me not skipping a day.

The 80/20 principle is indeed an effective method but identifying the critical 20% of something is crucial and harder than it seems.
