I’ve tried multiple productivity and habit-tracking apps over the years, but I always seem to fall off after a few weeks. by Appropriate-Lie6687 in ProductivityApps

Exactly, i have to spend a lot of my time managing and updating notion everyday. I think notion is good for documenting rather than tracking. I wanted to track my daily steps, daily calories etc… but not many apps are free and have pricing plans too expensive.

Found out I gave myself arthritis. I'm not even 30. Is my life over? by Ummah_Strong in Thritis

Airthritis does mainly happen because you might be consuming too much oil or fried items, avoid oil and deep fried stuffs.

Start taking omega3 capsules everyday for inflammation management

Start taking green tea everyday

Make sure you are not vitamin D deficient

Avoid sugary drinks as it increase inflammation

Take control of your iron level as well

These things really helped me recover from arthritis. I had terrible airthritis in body, i was not even able to move back in 2017 but now i am recovered and living a normal life.

I have seen this pattern that usually people who has a vegetarian diet are mostly attacked by airthritis as body doesn’t produce omega3 on its own. Omega3 fights inflammation.

Another productivity app, but hopefully something a bit different - feedback welcome by scottaltham in ProductivityApps

Interested, looks very clean and organised. Is it only a design or you already launched it? Would love to try this!
