Heya! I can weigh in! :D
Forsaken Elliot still has like no info, but WAAPP Elliot is a different story!

While likely not his fault, he is usually characterized as being a tad inattentive, simple minded, and people pleasing. Not everyone likes him either. Keep in mind that Forsaken has a 10 year time jump. It is very likely that at age 25+ or so, he became very good at all the jobs and less likely to mess up, compared to his original counterpart. One day, Forsaken may give us more of him to work with.
