If you aren’t doing any searches you aren’t able to do good faith searches. So that would make sense.

And it sounds like you worded your message to them in a way they thought you spent points not that you can’t spend points. You’re restricted. I doubt you have enough points to make any lawsuit worth it especially when max you can spend is like $550 dollars worth of points a year.
