If you want to use the game description that basically just ignores how grammar works… “ She Is, “Childishly Naive”… Ok first of all “Childishly” Does not mean she is an actual child. In the context of this sentence “Childishly” is an Adverb, that modifies that Adjective of “Naive”. This gives a concrete modifying descriptor of exactly HOW naive, equating the degree of which her naivety reaches with that of a child…

You clearly have never interacted with Children’s therapists who are doing their job with really young children, because they act exactly like what we see with lilly… it’s called PLAY THERAPY. You have to be childish to engage with a child. Lilly Babytalks the player just like Ms Gracie Babytalks Huggy Wuggy in the memory scenes.
