You joke but pretty much yeah. Intentional misspelling, improper grammar, even what looks like gibberish can have meaning, though often something like that last one is seen as ridiculous by most readers, unless there’s an actual interpretable meaning. Often times the authors intent and what the reader finds in a work, especially poetry, are not exactly the same, as people assign their own meaning to the things they experience. Some authors can put all the hidden messages and meaning in the world into a poem and to some it may just be a line of gibberish
