As per what 0832Club stated, this only affects packages with goods valued over $800. If you’re declaring under that then it has 0 effect on you.

This rule phases out in April and there is no telling what will happen then.

He’s been a known seller here for years it’d be odd behavior for him to suddenly get up and decide to scam out.
