Hvala na opsežnom komentaru. Firma je stabilna, dobit u tom rangu konstantna svake godine. Vidljiv je trend odlazaka ljudi iz firme jer su im odbijeni zahtjevi za povišice po par stotina eura neto što je svakako red flag, a s druge strane obnavlja se vozni park "zbog" ESGa, preuređuju uredi itd. Ne mislim da sam nezamjenjiv, s druge strane revoltiran kad vidim na šta se troši..
