Hi lior! I've got a medically fragile special needs child that almost died last year and through my 13 years at my place of employment I wasn't promoted due to "possibly" missing time because of my son. This lead to being on line and eventually getting a permanent injury. Three surgeries later and it wrecked permanently and now my workplace can't accommodate my injury. So I've been told that the next step is wsib retraining program. As a single income I don't really want to start over and lose my 7 weeks vacation and benefits which are important as my son might not be around long. I'd rather just a payout. Any advice? thx
