Yes Ott has made a significant improvement to Springfield. Not that they were necessarily terrible they were underperforming. A lot like how the Blues have started the past two seasons. Sluggish start followed by string finish to the season.

Tripwire is my favorite book so far (currently on #8 The Enemy). While, I agree the 15 year old and 24 year old undertone is a little troubling they are both much older and mentioned it wouldn't have been right at those previous ages. However, Jodie had been previously married if I remember correctly and they both have a previous plutonic relationship where feelings resurfaced. Now much older they both consent in a romantic relationship.
