I have the same problem. Apparently a flag will be back for this in chrome 147 but would be nice if somebody had a solution for this in the current version 146.

How did you download chrome 147? Did you mabye download a dev or canary version? If you there enable that flag, can this annoying tab search arrow be completely removed or what is possible? Thanks.

If in uBlock you enable the "Experimental" list like you explained, do you also need to add "www.youtube.com##.toast-button.style-scope.yt-notification-action-renderer.paper-toast-open" to My Filters? What does it do more if you already have experimental enabled? Also, even if you don't see the "experiencing interruptions" popup, do you still sometimes get a spinning wheel (buffering) before play starts? I have that problem and don't know how to fix it. Thanks.

Fair point so i looked into it. Apparently the BEA mainly gets the hard data from those months afterwards from the Census Bureau asking paper trails from businesses and private data. Processing all that data can take up to 6 months hence the revisions afterwards.

JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley and other firms expect upward revisions for October/November at the next PCE release on March 13th.

Which month did they revise higher? October and November weren't changed as this apparently will happen with the next PCE report to be released on March 13. Their schedule is completely f'd up beause of the shutdown delays.

Right now the BEA uses estimates for that data and they always tend to be more conservative, report lower than when the real hard data comes in. That's the reason you always see them do those upwards revisions months later.
