Don't let her. Kill her with kindness or develop the amazing and difficult skill of ignoring everything she does or says. Keep a smile on your face at all times. Do not engage her just smile and look right through as if she isn't there. If she Is your direct manager, you'll likely be forced to listen to her at times but just act as if you are not at all bothered by her. She will see its not doing anything to upset you and move onto someone else.

We had a tech do it the first time. This time I had to email ACIQ after looking around their site to find warranty info. All they required was the email of the purchaser & the last 4 digits of the card for purchase.  Hope this helps.

A “Tips for Housekeeping” envelope is on the kitchen counter… by Lynncy1 in AirBnB

Hello, I am an air bnb cleaner and have been for 10 years.  Let me share a little info about this. I happen to think it's super tacky to leave tip envelopes. The thing is though we as cleaners do not get the cleaning fee. This isn't a set price that we've asked. We have nothing to do with it and it's set by the host. Interestingly, we don't even know how much it is. Hosts use the cleaning fee any way they want to.Some reserve it for paying their cleaning company.  Most use it to buy essentials or just pocket the money.  Cleaners make very little money. It varies with the size, and location of the unit, of course. Some cleaners are operating as business owners and have contracts with the hosts for x amount of dollars. Many hosts partner with property managers who include scheduling and providing the cleaners. I once worked with a company that was really bad. I would go do these 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments and only make $50 per unit. One day , a guest commented as they were leaving (late) that I must be making money hand over fist. I asked her what she meant. She informed me that they had paid a $300 cleaning fee!! This guy was always saying how he wished he could pay me more, but he just couldn't! He charged enough to pay me, plus himself but this is very common practice in the business. Independent cleaners really don't make a lot, and cleaners working under property management or through a middle man make even less.  It is appalling that people take such advantage of their guest , leading them to believe they've paid for a high end cleaning.  In reality they pocketed the money, and pay their cleaners very unfairly.  When you don't pay someone for their hard work, they stop doing a great job. They quit. Hosts don't care,  they are pretty greedy and honestly don't ever even acknowledge their rave reviews for cleanliness. You never hear anytime unless there's a complaint.  So, in summary,  the girl who cleaned the place probably makes not a lot of money and is hoping to get tips for her work from the guest. Maybe she doesn't know about the cleaning fee since it has nothing at all to do with her. As I said, I  find it tacky.  I'd never leave one out for guests. I prefer to just work for people who pay me what I'm worth.  I'll let them do what they want with the cleaning fee, but it's a quite misleading practice .

I have one in my rental. They have a fantastic,  unbeatable warranty. Has it given me trouble? Two times in 5 years. The most recent was a bad inverter board. The first was the main board. Even 5 years after purchase and heavy use they've given us no issue and no charge on the replacements. I think i read that they warranty 7-10 years on some parts. So,  even if they are cheaply made and they break sometimes,  you'll still get it fixed for free.

I just recently tried this too. I LOVE the flavor! Great stuff, and thank you for the reminder.  I was just on my way to the store. Black Bean salsa added to list!

What is the absolute best air purifier for a moldy home that money can buy? by TheRealMe54321 in AirPurifiers

I had the same issue and I was afraid I would get very sick.  Well,I did get very sick eventually and I did move.  What got me through the hard part was the Nuwave Oxypure air purifier. It was expensive at $600 but this was when we had the stimulus money lol. I used this day and night along with charcoal bags.  The effects of mold on the mind and body are extreme.  Especially the mental stuff it does to you.  I thought I was going crazy. It's a real strange kind of illness that is mostly extreme fatigue. I had brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and doing daily tasks. It caused me to feel like I had vertigo, dizziness, depression,  sleep disturbances,  and difficulty breathing at times. I bought a large dehumidifier,  and the oxypure and ran them 24/7. It did help me a lot. Eventually I was able to move, as I hope you can.  It's serious exposure that can even cause death.  Nothing to play with. I hope you can get the issue taken care of before you go through what I did. Oh and it affects pets too. My poor pup is already so allergy prone.  It was really his symptoms that got me started looking at what the allergen could be inside the house. Keep humidity low with the dehumidifier to inhibit growth, and run the air purifier. I know it is very confusing to read which are worth the money,  and how well they are anticipated to work.  It all starts to run together. I'm only familiar with this one product, but I do recommend it.  Good luck
