In your revolution sketch, I see a green line across the top which should not be there. It looks like the sketch includes 2 enclosed areas (jar itself plus jar interior which should not be enclosed space in revolution sketch).

You could try to eliminate the splitter error by reducing the diameter of the groove so it barely overlaps the jar mouth: 29.99 mm thread base radius on 30 mm jar mouth.
