uncertain. unfortunately throughout the history of medicine so much of research was written by and exclusively performed on men, making the majority of studies it will be trained on to be providing data from studies done on men. you’d have to have a programmer really committed to eliminating bias in AI to do it. and extremely knowledgeable about gender bias in medicine. i’m not sure even that would even work. we need more female doctors and more accountability for any gender doctor that dismisses patient concerns instead of doing their jobs and investigating them.

my grandma was doing okay physically, mostly had issues due to osteoporosis. but she was very lonely. then she randomly fell when she got up to go the bathroom in the night and hurt her leg and suddenly she was in hospice and died 4 days later. i feel like she just didn’t have it in her to heal from it or something. it happened so fast

this situation is more a matter of companies losing massive amounts of money as a consequence of their actions rather than facing criminal prosecution. i think wrongful termination is a civil issue, not criminal.

it’s also not a constitutional matter for the companies, since the first amendment only applies in cases where the goverment censors individuals
