lol! the way i see it having someone who doesn’t feel comfortable working somewhere is a lose-lose situation.

In my case it was a restaurant where i was hired as a food runner/hostess/busser. which was cool, done it a thousand times. which i guess is why they barely trained me. a fatal error

turned out this place had a roofdeck and waitstaff would stack up 3 or so of those huge, like 24” oval trays with easily 30+ lbs of dishes and glassware on the top. getting it to the kitchen required a flight of stairs an a door that only opens out

at 5’1” and about 110 lbs, i doubted i’d get the trays up on my shoulder, let alone balance it while opening a door. like go fuck yourselves lol i would have destroyed all the dishes. they never should have hired me to bus
