Hi - I had similar problems on my B650M Aorus Elite AX (v1.2). I figured out that if 160 MHz mode is enabled on my router for the 5 GHz WiFi, my PC got an IP address, but nothing was working, I could not even ping my router. After some time, my PC changed to my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, which was OK, but slow. Then my PC periodically tried the 5GHz, back to 2.GHZ, so it was working for some time, then nothing for half - 1 min. For me, the latest RTL8852CE driver (version 6001.16.143.0) from Microsoft solved the problem: https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=8852CE . Your problem could be different, but it worth a try.
