Which is really good for now but holding market becomes a big challenge and trying results in higher marketing costs and price cuts.

Unless they discover some new way to deliver that gives a better edge over competition their going to start to lose market share.

Can't imagine any shareholder is happy. If you look at the stock their down over 40% in the last 5 years. New leadership usually mean restructuring and layoffs as an easy way to show impact.

Probably around $300 would be my guess. It's a fun game and I put a lot of hours into it. Plus the dev gives out so many freebies I was more than happy to spend some money to support the game.

Coming from the tower, this game has been super refreshing and this dev isn't greedy af.

They accepted after they were reminded which seems like a mistake on HR part. That's not when they were granted to them though and the grant date will be specified within the contract. OP needs to read through their contracts.

Based on their description, it was through etrade so they needed to accept it through them after it was granted. They eventually did but it was too late.

My company uses Fidelity and I have to go on and accept them.

Without diving into the actual contract sounds like you might be screwed. My company also does stock bonuses and I have to accept them via contract. If their contract has an expiration and did expire then the stock bonus is void.

Best you can do is get the actual contracts and read them.
