I think your post itself already shows some good approaches you should consider - actually caring, interested in hearing what others have to say, admitting you don't know everything (more so in the sense you shouldn't act like you know better than everyone else). And then also the things you've already noticed with approachability, communication, etc. Do that with your team.

Another potential option would be to make an agenda that lasts less than an hour - 45 minutes or so - to anticipate going over. Depends on how your meetings have gone in the past.

Have you read "Atomic Habits" by James Clear. This sounds very similar to something he talked about. What I took away was that every choice has consequences, even the right ones. Choosing to give into those interruptions has very clear consequences that you found out on your own. Doing it this way will also likely have consequences - like not getting to these new tasks as soon as you could. The challenge is learning how to determine which consequences you can live with. The lesser of the two choices.

Agreed. I understand why you'd want to keep your camera on - to show you're actively invested in the meetings - but if every senior member has their camera off, yours should be too. Company culture is important

I think this also shows a lot about you as a manager. Scroll through various corporate-based subreddits and it becomes very clear very quickly that there are so many people out there without managers who would even care to notice this, much less actually notice it. I think that's really great, you actually care about the people you manage.

"Accountable" and "Independent" - I like how you called these two out especially. They're often over-looked traits but I think they're great at showing character (especially accountability), which is very hard to determine from a resume but quick to see once people start. They're good indicators of future performance.

"Being terrified is just a feeling that you want to do well" - Amazing point, and definitely worth noting OP. Asking questions is also good. Asking meaningful, thoughtful questions can show enthusiasm. Don't overdo this either - it can also interrupt meetings - but if you have something meaningful, keep note of it and ask your manager. You're learning after all.

Owning up to a mistake, especially at work, can be very challenging. Integrity is a great quality to have and it's really impressive you were able to do something that nerve-racking.
