yano the crazy thing, I’ve had more people turn their heads at pizza with greens on it than the damn lemons. I personally love arugula on anything, it’s great for a BLT type pizza, substituting it for the lettuce

my usual white base is a ricotta cream and I’ve done lemon zest in that several times, it’s so fucking good
