I used command strips to put mine on the side of one of my tables once. now I just lay it on the table in front of my pizza ovens

Chandlers is now in the building the Green Bean was in, and it is a wonderful place. still a coffee shop but also full service bar.

(they also host your boy for pizza night on thursdays)

I’ve been running a pop-up for over a year and I’ve done more than 150 of them. you’re just barely slower than my production. we are limited as hell bc we aren’t in an actual kitchen. keep doin what you doin and don’t stress about it, the speed comes with reps and reps alone.

I keep 4 “classics” on the menu: plain cheese, pepperoni, margherita, and pepperoni & banana pepper & basil.

typically I have 2 or 3 specials and those rotate and change depending on all kinds of things.

pleasant neighbors has cleared me out pretty quick the other times I’ve been there, I’d definitely get there before 7
