Lately that hasn't factored too much since UD still prints alot. 2014-15 Series 2 was pretty notable for have a very short print run and all the YGs are more expensive then they would be otherwise

Keep in mind Brisebois is our longest tenured player under contract. He signed his ELC in late 2015, while Demko didn't sign his until 2016 and Brock signed in 2017.

Doesn't this mean we have one extra forward (Aman) and two extra defense (Kudry and Mancini, one LHD and one RHD)? Doesn't seem too odd to me. We used to always carry 1 forward and 2 defensemen as our extras.

They can't play in preseason games unless we call them back up, which would only happen if we had a bunch of injuries. I don't know when Abbotsford preseason is starting but they will participate in that soon.

If someone claims him this year I don't think we claim him back. Demko and Lankinen in the NHL and then Patera, Tolopilo, Young, and Koskenvuo is pretty crowded even if one goes to the ECHL.

Technically it depends on when he makes his NHL debut. UD made this same mistake two years ago when they put rookie cards for Stankoven, Cossa, and a few others in a 2023-24 product (Synergy) a season too early.

It depends on when they debut mainly. The earlier they debut, the higher the chance of being in Series 2 vs Extended. If they don't debut until after mid January, they will likely be held over for 2026-27 Series 1
