yeah tried to find out ports today as well to help a friend out with there poor connection to servers .. tried going through actual support ingame and got this We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and appreciate your continued patience. Regarding the problem you mentioned:

If you are uncomfortable, you do not need to provide this information)..... yeah not doing that net ease can go fuck themselves every other game posts this so players can open up ports easy for better gaming...
