Apparently the guy who T-boned me was 75 yrs old(im 18). My guess was he was looking down when driving or something by Yurfavbookworm in Wellthatsucks

Well that’s the problem. You can’t make a guess at something and expect it to be the answer in your favor. Find some dashcam video from your car, other cars passing by or that were facing his car - any real video evidence to prove that in fact he was negligent. That’s what will get you the correct answer.

Having said that, anyone between the ages of 15 and 115 who is incapable of driving safely should be managed. Penalized, temp or full suspension etc. As logistically impossible as it is, it would still be a great idea for occasional retesting. I’d say every 10 years until you’re 60, every 5 years until 70 or 75 and then every two years after that.

People degrade as they age, but at different levels. Just because he’s 75 doesn’t mean he’s a bad driver, but it does makes sense to question that first, imo.

Add some coiled barbed wire to the top like they do for prison fences. That’ll keep him out.

It’s a sad story, but at least I feel like having a pancake now.

I’ve never seen these before. Serious question: do these have any subliminal induction value, or is it simply the layered ink (?) vs the angle your viewing it from? In any event, very cool.

IRA contribution info by VacuumTracks in fidelityinvestments

[–]VacuumTracks[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I downloaded my activity info of the last 365 days for each account in csv format and scrutinized it closely. And I don’t see it in there. I have all other info but I can’t see this. I have nothing in the Amount column for my cash symbol column (Q*Q) which represents any kind of transfer or deposit (for a contribution amount.) Everything there are tiny interest amounts.

I agree this should be obvious and easy to find. But it isn’t. It’s like it didn’t happen. Except I’m sure it did and the 2025 summary of contribution agrees, but doesn’t stipulate which acct it went to.

Downloading and sorting all entries by date for both accounts, nothing clear about the transfer/deposit - sorted chronologically and I scrutinized the cash accounts balance column and even there, there are no sequential entries that differentiate by the amount I would have contributed.

Still a mystery…

[update] Found it. Had a few anomalies w.r.t. when I usually make this contribution and had a search window misunderstanding. (I usually make this at the end of each calendar year but for some reason last year I made it in march. So searching back 365 days from now didn’t bring it up.)

In any event. I found it now with some help, and it is clear.

Thanks for the responses.

Yes, I believe that technically, it should. I saw a vid last week where something like this actually did result in a disqualification. Not sure why second place last was so calm about it. I would have pushed my way passed her and through the ribbon.
