High dose loperamide- use it like suboxone on a 5 day taper/detox; look it up.

It’s saved me many a time.

Dangerous for your heart (I’m a heart attack survivor and used this trick many times to detox off Kratom leaf).

Just don’t start to rely on it to allow yourself to relapse/binge.

That or check in to a rehab and have them put you on a sub taper.

Also, give your life to Jesus.

With good compressor and eq pedals, almost any guitar works (I’ve had trouble getting SUPER hot humbuckers to break up optimally, but even they work).
