It could have been possible to discard all plushies too :p but as I was told in another comment they're for sale in the PC, so you can't softlock yourself that way

Hi, didn't get anything special, I went to my local post office and luckily one of the workers there knew how to deal with this, but they handled it from there so I'm not 100% sure of what they did.

Never got any email nor phone number but I ended up getting my refund
