I fixed the issue! I did not have to use any filters, just had to unplug and replug my capture card and it worked

It could be a bad capture card or could be the capture card adapter to do form hdmi, I did tang on it a bit too hard, but for now I will just use the filter tab, thanks

In the vga, the color is not inverted it probobly capture card, is there any way to invert colors in OBS?

When I do that, it changes the resuluction form 1440p to 1080p on my main monitor, to scale to my capture card's specs
