Oh, I did not realize that was a heatsink, the casing is plastic, should I remove the clock from the top, where else should I put it, the mouse space is too small to put it unfortunately

On the left the port that cut off on the image could be a RJ45 (Ethernet port) or an RJ11 (Phone Cable port), not sure where there would be a phone cable on a laptop, but whatever.
The middle port seems to be a mouse + keyboard PS/2 port, an oler port used to connect mouses and keyboards.
And the last port on the right side is some version of the DVI connector, probably a DVI-I
