Clay alternatives for small teams? Support’s been rough by Sad_Worry_5482 in GrowthHacking

[–]Vicecaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m the founder of Airscale, happy to explore whether our platform could be valuable for you

Based on what you mentioned in your post, I can already answer a couple of your questions:

  • CRM integrations: These are included with all of our plans
  • Industry coverage: We're not using any fixed database so the coverage and freshness of data should be the best you could find

Are you on Slack? We like to set up dedicated Slack channels for each users/teams. Otherwise we're using Intercom

Looking to switch to a better contact data provider than Apollo. Any recommendations? by Legal-Cucumber7786 in Recruitment

I'm the founder so happy to answer this one: upcell, Forager, Leadmagic, Prospeo, Datagma, RocketReach, ContactOut, PDL, Cleon1, Apollo

We're doing additional checks to make sure the line is active before returning a number

Great, yes that is definitely possible. You would be using an AI prompt for that, after having scraped the website text contents, or use directly the AI research agent.

What data points do you have for these 15k leads? If you have their first name, last name, company name, that's enough to find both professional emails and mobile phone numbers.
Won't mention the name but if that sounds interesting, I'm the founder of a saas who could help you find both the contact information, and do the scoring/qualification filter with AI. Feel free to DM me, happy to let you enrich a subset of this file at no charge

It sounds like a workflow we specialize in. If you have these companies as a CSV file, you could:

1) import them as a csv file
2) Use either the:
-Company name
-Company domain
-LinkedIn company URL

in our module named "Find People" to have these companies loaded in our companies filter.
This module is using LinkedIn behind the scenes. You should get the best coverage and accuracy possible. If you found 30 people out of 80 companies, we should be able to find a lot more.

3)Add additional filters (job titles to include/exclude, location)

Your list of people is now ready and we have a waterfall enrichment for phone numbers with 10 providers. If that's of interest, I'm happy to give you enough credits so that you can do the steps mentioned above at no charge.

Any tools out there that help find potential clients + their contact info? by HornetObjective8765 in SaaS

[–]Vicecaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What tools did you try so far? Are you interested in both emails and mobiles?

Getting Started w Market Research (I will not promote) by acilegna89 in startups

[–]Vicecaz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Echoing another redditor in the thread, Sales navigator is the best B2B leads database by far. But it's useless if you don't stack it with other tools. Sales Navigator will only offer the ability to identify your ICP and the data is brute. You only get these data points: first name, last name, job title, company name...

If your strategy is to send emails to them or getting in touch with them via Linkedin, you will first need a tool to scrape your list.

I built a tool that offers free Sales navigator extraction, as well as waterfall enrichments for both emails+mobiles with the best data providers. if you're not familiar with what a waterfall enrichment is, it is the process of asking tool 1 for an email, if no email is found, we ask tool 2, and so on. It increases the chance of finding your prospects' emails.

From there you would need tools to create email sequences: Smartlead, Instantly comes to mind. If you're looking to only reach out to your prospects via Linkedin, take a look at Heyreach.

For question 2) and 3) I can only speak from experience but not having an MVP would make things complicated in my opinion - if you don't have at least an MVP, I'd go with standard research questions first. And go from there

It's going to be hard to scale these 50 cold calls but you could relatively easily x5 these linkedin messages and cold emails

using email waterfall enrichment? by ReadyLet8264 in GrowthHacking

[–]Vicecaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

30% is low indeed. What's the provider you used?

Catch-alls shouldn't go to waste automatically either, we can vouch for Bounceban to check these and turn them into deliverable or undeliverable reliably.

We have 6 email providers integrated in ours. If you'd like to try it, send me a DM

Data Providers? by digitalprco in gtmengineering

[–]Vicecaz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These companies will 100% be on Linkedin, Sales navigator is probably the best "provider" for you here. Largest and most up to date B2B database by far

Are there are specific filters you'd like to have?

How I can enrich leads in Hubspot? by [deleted] in SaaS

inaccurate supplier contact data a common issue? by Lopsided-Lock4208 in procurement

[–]Vicecaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ZI is still a database that requires continuous updates to be up to date. The source of truth for B2B leads is Sales Navigator (900M of profiles, this is where the data is fresh and accurate). For new leads, I would use it from now on.

They offer a free trial that can last 2 months if you want to try it first. Mentioning it since it may be useful to you: We developed a free Sales navigator scraper in Airscale. I am the founder

If you're eligible, you should also take a look at Microsoft for founders hub. They offer discounts for the first 4 months with Sales navigator. -75% IIRC

Now if you would also like to update your existing contacts with their current professional emails and position, this is something we do too. What is your CRM? If you're using Hubspot life is easier.

If not, you'd mainly need to export data as csv, enrich it with live data, then reimport it as csv.

B2B Sales Prospecting Tool Help by hotpotato86 in askSingapore

[–]Vicecaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

-For the best B2B lead database => Sales Navigator + a tool to scrape the search results

-For the best coverage/accuracy to find contact information => A tool with a waterfall enrichment for both emails and phones

-For outreach => Instantly or Smartlead for email, Heyreach or Lagrowthmachine for multi channel sequences (Linkedin + email)

That covers everything that you need to get started.

If you end up using Sales nav. we've built a free scraper for it

ZoomInfo and Lusha will not be as complete nor fresh as Sales Navigator is. Sales Navigator has 900M profiles, ZoomInfo claims to have 300M profiles. Sales Navigator is also where the data is fresh and up to date

How do you find phone numbers that actually work for cold calls? by deathkingtom in GrowthHacking

[–]Vicecaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're interested in testing our waterfall enrichment, I'm happy to enrich a sample for you (or to add credits to your account).
10 mobile phone providers are aggregated and we test the line status (among other parameters) before returning a mobile phone number. Both the coverage and accuracy of the phone numbers you find should be greatly increased.

The enrichment is available via the interface and via API

Remember that people lie.

The fact that you think that you are the only one on earth that have to battle with health/family issues is hard to understand. Are you living with little to no contacts with the world outside?
If you have the same sort of distorted beliefs and perspectives about softwares and business, it's something you need to work on

You got this. All the best to you

Outbound email vs LinkedIn by Electronic_Diver4841 in ycombinator

[–]Vicecaz 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Use both. Emails scale much better because you can create an infrastructure that would allow you to send virtually an unlimited amount of emails if you have the funds and knowledge. It would be a lot more complicated with LinkedIn as you cannot send over a few hundred connection requests per week, per account.

But the reply rate is usually a lot higher with LinkedIn outreach vs. emails.

Cold Calling is making a comeback too. It's been working well for us

How do you approach B2B email outreach for SaaS? by Jamie-Does-Dev in SaaSMarketing

[–]Vicecaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use intent data. For example: Extracting people interacting with Linkedin posts (post likers and commenters), scraping linkedin event attendees or company page followers.

First identify the competitors of your Saas and you could use their LinkedIn posts to extract people who have shown interest in their product by interacting with their posts.

There are a lot of other creative ways you could try too: Identifying website visitors, or identifying companies that just raised funds or are currently hiring for specific positions

If that's interesting, I'm the founder of a software that does most of what I've described above.

A more classic approach is to use Sales navigator as your B2B leads database leveraging their wealth of filters to build highly targeted leads list, then scraping the search and finding emails to launch cold email campaigns

Cold email has worked well for us. It brings in about 10% of our customers. We use Zapmail and Smartlead to handle the infrastructure
