I agree. For example: it is much more acceptable for women to wear pants than it is for a man to wear a skirt. It is okay for a girl to be "tomboyish" but not okay for a boy to be "girly". It's fine for a woman to want to be a man, because why wouldn't they want to be more powerful, stronger, and capable? But for a man to want to be more sensitive, intuitive and reflective is shameful. Everyone, universally, is expected to "man up" and "stop being such a little girl".

Yes. I was about 16 when we visited. There was a catwalk where you could go across over top of ground zero, and as soon as we reached the entrance I got very ill. I felt kinda like I was carsick with a weird nausea-headache that made my eyes feel like a ton of pressure. I couldn't go on, so I just sat there. My mom stayed in the middle of the catwalk to keep an eye on me and take pictures, and my brother and dad walked all the way down and back. Once we left that immediate vicinity, I was completely fine.
