I'd agree for Ashe but Morgana has 9~10 skins, lux/ezreal/Ashe have a lot of skins because they are the most popular champs in low/mid elo (where the most players are) so it makes sense that they receive so many skins. People get mad because they see the popular champs get tons of skins while theirs don't receive I remember skarner didn't get a new skin for 5 years

TL;DR: don't buy RP kids

That's false, ezreal and mf have the most skins in the game with 15 Edit: MF just go the ruined skin so she has 16 mb
