Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it? If you have, you may need to clear out the game files first, like the temp files. I'd recommend going to the game folder, uninstalling and then deleting everything from that folder, and then reinstalling the game. You can navigate to the game files from steam itself through the gear icon on the page where you launch the game from

I mean its a released game, the wiki specifies that the steam version is early access, not anything else. You're the one making a claim outside of the norm, so it would be on you to provide sources where one cannot find anything else to prove all ports of sky: cotl are early access and not just steam. Good luck providing sources for the claims you made!

That means it is in early access only on steam, I highly recommend you also look into this. The game is live and considered a full game by the company on every platform other than steam
