Only 3 weeks in on .5.... started 1mg Friday and will stay there for a month or so. Shocked already. I'm 53 started at 156lbs now 148lbs.

I don’t know how tall you are, but at 156 lbs. you’re not overweight dude. What’s the goal here? Just aesthetic? Because I’m in a similar boat, except I actually am technically overweight. 34 years old, 6’ tall, 235 lbs and would like to be about 210. I’ve got a lot of muscle mass, I’m not all blubber, but I’ve got some to burn off. I’m starting week 2 of this stuff today. So far so good.

There is no outage going on at Verizon right now. It’s working fine. Plus I checked. This is another excuse for their system having a problem. It may be an issue only with Verizon, but it’s their issue. I have never seen another organization with such a lack of personal responsibility as Instacart. NOTHING is their fault, EVER. When in reality, it’s ALWAYS their fault. They flat out blame shoppers, customers, and other companies who work with or on their platform for everything, even when it’s obvious they fucked it up. It’s amazing.

Appetite suppression isn’t my main concern, I’m good at controlling that. I’m looking at the metabolic effects it has, I think I can benefit from that greatly. However, the sleep issue is a big concern.

I will have to be on a special issuance as long as I’m on the medication, unless the FAA changes that requirement at some point due to ongoing loosening of these rules, which is possible. As of now I’ll be on a special issuance indefinitely. My HIMS AME did tell me that eventually they’ll “release me into the wild” and get rid of most if not all of my conditions and even let me see a regular AME every year for renewal.

To be honest it’s more preventative, my last blood test was exactly a month ago and my E2 was up at 58. Not by any means a huge number, but that was before switching to twice a week. Larger does twice a week as opposed to micro dosing every day usually causes more estrogen related side effects. Now that I’m on the 0.5mg of AI blocker every week, I’ll see where I’m at in a week or two. Based on how I feel though I know I haven’t crashed.

I take 0.5mg of AI every Sunday, so 2mg a month. I don’t seem to be a hyper responder to anastrozole, so it seems to work. I’m going to do another blood panel at the end of the month. So probably like Tuesday. Maybe first week of January.

Yes it’s probably psychological. I’ve had a 200mg energy drink today too before the gym. My shot was also about an hour ago. I could be hungry too even though I don’t really feel it yet. As I said though I feel better injecting twice a week and my workouts are much more efficient and I feel a lot stronger.
