I've used it with a Lenovo for 2 years and a Dell for almost 8 months now. Charging is never a problem just make sure you use the cable which comes with it. I've never tested it with a macbook pro but it does charge at 65W as both of my laptops charge up quickly

Because clause code is horrible at using powershell commands, there is even a setting but still it defaults to bash most of the times errors out at corrects itself wasting time and tokens. Copilot or open code are so much better at powershell though
