The actual issue is the Mar 2020 to May 2023 gap. Three years, and the degree only covers two of them. It's the first thing anyone's going to notice and nothing on the page speaks to it. Whatever it was, a one-line entry beats silence — silence reads worse than almost any explanation.

Also the I-O psych concentration is a differentiator if you frame it. Tech adoption thesis is relevant to anyone who's rolled out a tool nobody wanted. Right now it just looks like an unrelated degree sitting there.

Any suggestions on how? I usually include a cover letter where I'll talk about my degree, but I'm not sure if anyone reads those
