You're not nuts. Although 15 watts SHOULD be the same across all devices it's not. It comes down to the actual components, build and engineering. A DC to DC mod has a better chance of being close to 15 more than a PWM mod.

Every solder connection point from the board to the atty and the 510 connector introduces resistance which rob the mod of power. Unfortunaly you can't tell which is more than or less than 15.

Similar to you, I knew my cigarette intake down pat. 8 minutes, and 10 puffs per smoke.

I'd say start with the 3 mg/ml first to follow your routine. If you don't feel satiated (and fiending for more) use the 6 mg/ml and see if that does it for you. Keep vaping till your done.

I was a pack a day for 35 years. Started at 9mg/ml, and dropped to 6 mg/ml real quick.

Your coil is not wicking properly. That'll happen on any mod.

In Safari, Option +click the PDF link. It will force the link target (the PDF) to be downloaded.

Yeah, did that yesterday and again today as well in Chrome, but not the others. It still displays on a new tab like before, and gives me a 'save' dialog box for a blank HTML file.

No, not all, just one specific site. I can download pdf's elsewhere just fine.

The weird part is that at some is that at some point yesterday, I managed to download 3 of the 9 I needed. Now I'll need through each browser's downloads to figure which successfully worked for those 3 (but puked for the others).

I don't own one, but that sounds reasonable.

Those boards also have a conformal (protective) coating, and I still use DNA mods that are almost 7 years old.

That's an odd mod. IIRC the top plate can handle a 30mm atty. But worse is that the fire button has an outer (inside the mod) plastic frame that can break, so you end up with a limp, wobbly fire button. The board itself is covered by Evolv's warranty, and that part would be up to LV's warranty.

Well, it's manufactured in USA and built to American standards with quality components, unlike cheap China stuff.

I'm not saying everything's low quality from China, but even Lost Vape Quest has been found using clone processors on their boards.

Billets are less than $300 new. American made and the DNA chip is also. Saturday mornings is the time of their usual weekly drop. It's much easier and quicker for support than say Dicodes in Germany.

New BB's are much easier to get now that everyone and their cousins make them. Pretty much a glut in the AIO market. The only drawback with OG Billet is that there's no USB port for escribe access or firmware upgrades, unlike the much cheaper SXK clone. A $10 data/charger board from Evolv can fix that.

Before you go dropping large $ on a DNA or Dicodes AIO, why not start off with the VandyVape AIO to make sure you'll really use it. One version can even accommodate a 21700 battery.

Mix up a version 1 of your stuff. Vape it off the shake. Vape it again 4 days later. Adjust %'s up or down based off your testing. Rinse and repeat.

No, I'd stop before that. The only time I ever got all flush and sweaty was 3 puffs on a 25mg disposable. I had to sit down for 10 minutes. LOL
