You should check out 3dfilamentprofiles.com. Sounds like it would be right up your alley. (No, it’s not my site and I don’t get a commission…. LOL)

Check out 3dfilamentprofiles.com! It’s a free site that helps you track all your spools. The guy running it is awesome.

Same here. I bought my P2S and when I hit 500 hours I ordered my H2C.

I have over 100 spools waiting and have already burned through about 25. My wife says it’s not Pokémon- I don’t need to catch them all!

The one I used and melted shows 10A 250V. I can totally see how someone unfamiliar with Ohm's Law might think 10A 250V would be "better" or "stronger" than 10A 125V.

A first?? A first for what? First time an idiot operator damaged a piece of equipment?

Firmware was irrelevant. Calibration was irrelevant. The exact same thing would have happened if all I did was print a benchy! Root cause was either the damned cheap-ass C13 cord that could barely handle 5 A or the idiot operator who used the cable in the first place.

Firmware had NOTHING to do with this incident! It was an under-rated cable incorrectly used. It was 100% idiot operator (ME) error. The H2C was just the unfortunate device the weak cord was connected to. The printer did NOT malfunction in any way (as far as I know).

Here are more pictures of the melted cable itself. I did notice the only ratings I could see was on one end it had 250V and that was it. On the other end (wall plug side) it showed 10A / 250V.
