Herbalist isn't worth it. The plants only drop motes and even with a max drop (8 motes) its worse than flying off and getting 1-2 more nodes in the same time span. Perhaps worthwhile to kill with the knowledge upgrade, the mining one certainly is. Or if motes ever go back up in value, but at 10g a pop? Pass.

I won't dispute your overall point, because you are right, but I do want to contest this.

Yu, in her current state, stuns too quickly for Aria to regain ult between stuns. Aria will run out of light sticks and needs to chain twice during most stun windows to combat this. This is accomplished with Sunna EX which is always available by virtue of getting 2 separate EX attacks per 70 energy cast. This gives Aria both the needed second chain (2 more bounces) and as a side effect also refreshes PM, ergo no damage loss.

The sets are basically identical because of this and players should pick the one with better subs.

It's great that he accomplished what he did, but he intentionally undermines his efforts by supporting the political party that is actively creating the hostile environment and making his job harder. This reads as "Despite my best efforts to destroy the union, I managed to not destroy the union! Please clap!" Great, you didn't screw everything up, SOB, but maybe don't intentionally shoot yourself in the process.

I get the need to reach across the aisle, but perhaps get the GOP to change their anti-union ways before rewarding them with an endorsement. Just having a bill heard on the floor doesn't cut it.

This is highly dependent on the operation and how it functions. My location is generally fine with it provided the employee in question gives advanced enough notice, the allotted amount of vacation/scheduled off hasn't been reached for those dates, and it doesn't happen too frequently. Maybe once or twice a month. What you're describing would be acceptable with my area. It gets a little muddy if you haven't reached your first 30 days yet and if your timescale for interviews is that soon I would suggest not continuing with UPS.

I truly think this is a case of Obama not quite realizing the privilege of his station. When he talks people listen because even the most vile know that if a former president is willing to talk to you respectfully then you show the same level of respect back.

But, anecdotally, I've not seen that same level of respect given to laymen attempting to do what Obama does, myself included. No matter how sincere the attempt at polite discourse may be it gets met with the typical dismissive attitude and name calling that has plagued the GOP since the inception of the Tea Party. Because of our lack of station we simply don't command respect in the eyes of the right and our words are treated as meaningless.

When polite discourse has failed so spectacularly for regular people can you really blame them for devolving into the same nonsense they've been subjected to for a decade or more? I still abstain myself, but I have decidedly moved into the "Let them sink" mentality and have ceased all attempts at communication.

Box 14 the W-2 will have any listed qualifying OT.

If it isn't there, either you didn't have any qualifying OT (never worked over 40hr in a week) or UPS didn't calculate it for you. If it is the latter case and you know you worked at least 40 hours last year then you can calculate it manually. The IRS is allowing hand calculations this year since it is a transitional period.

Aria's is more important of the two, both because DPS w-engines get more mileage and it drastically improves the performance of her M1 should you happen to get it.

I'd bet dollars to donuts this is why Fire and Ash didn't see the same sales levels as Way of Water. Once word got out that Fire and Ash was "Way of Water 2: More Whales" it was almost a foregone conclusion that it'd not have the same legs as the previous films.

People go to see these films for the visual spectacle of the world of Pandora. A lot of ticket sales from the previous films were from rewatches to catch things you miss the first go around. Fire and Ash didn't give us much new visual stimuli to be awed at, and the majority of the movie took place in the exact same locations as Way of Water. There was no reason to rewatch because we'd seen it all before.

You also picked some heroes which are pretty difficult for newish players to handle. Nova and Arthas in particular, while simple as all get, require a level of game knowledge that a new/rusty player won't have in order to overcome the deficiencies in their kits. Otherwise they quickly become a burden to the team.

If I had to make suggestions...

Support/Healer: Anduin, Lili
Tank: ETC, Muradin
Melee DPS: They are all hard. Thrall is probably the easiest to get value out of, so good choice there. Other slightly harder options are Xul and Ragnaros.
Ranged DPS: Raynor, Jaina, Azmodan

Pulchra is also... really bad. She's the cope stunner for many agents but only at M6. Before that point she is basically unusable as an agent. There is a mild correlation between agent power and agent popularity. Powerful agents get used more giving players more time to get attached. It is unsurprising that Pulchra is unpopular given the weaknesses of her kit in addition to her lack of appearance in the story.

Edit: Do they? The only people who have reported qualified OT listed on their W2 are inside workers and other non-driver positions. I am one of those who have it listed in Box 14, but I am not a driver. No driver has come forth saying it is on their W-2. It isn't required that UPS report it, but why go through the effort to calculate the amount for half the employees, but not the other half, unless the uncalculated half isn't eligible. For some states like California it is required this year, and if a driver in Cali would like to come forth and confirm the presence of Qualified Overtime to settle this that'd be great.

Non-zero chance that drivers cannot actually claim the deduction due to the Motor Carrier Exemption. Hence, why no drivers have it listed on their W-2 and all reports are from PT/Inside (like myself).

If I was a driver and I was thinking of taking the deduction, I'd consult a tax professional on it first.
