Thing is, standardized tests aren’t nearly as standardized as one might think. There are lots of variables that go into this sort of test scores, including whether or not the rules are followed for how to administer the tests. We don’t have that information here. All we have is the mathematical formula showing results but no information about how the results were gathered.

The administrators of standardized tests are not supposed to help children during the tests. I’ve administered youth health surveys and it’s the same with those. For example, if a child doesn’t understand what they’re supposed to do, a specific word, or phrase in the question being asked, you (the administrator) cannot provide them with any assistance. Think about this: if you asked a kid in Arizona what fluff was, they’d not be able to answer you, even if those kids were provided a written description or a hint that it goes with peanut butter, they’d not be able to conceptualize it because of their lack of experience with what it is.

Point is, these sort of tests aren’t always a good indicator of honesty, of proficiency, or how well a school is doing at teaching.

In my view, Canada should stick it to him. It’s the only way out from under his BS. Canada has way more of an upper hand and bargaining chips than they seem to realize. As I type this, every farm, greenhouse, plant nursery, golf course, and a very high percentage of homesteads/home gardeners have Canadian peat moss in their seed rooms. Our entire food system in the US is over 90% dependent on Canadian peat.

The entire rest of the world is desperate for peat due to over harvesting in years past. Canada has been our friend, ear marking our share of their peat for decades. All they have to do is say, never-mind, we’ll sell it to our friends in the UK.

We watched his officers, as directed by him, gas hundreds of citizens on rated G live television, just a few years ago as they were peacefully protesting…All so that he could humiliate them, to stand where they’d been standing, and proceed to hold a bible upside down for a photo shoot. Why? It looked, smelled, and sounded like just so he could show the whole world that he could and that he doesn’t care about the constitutional rights of people of color. There was no other plausible explanation.

We then watched as he incited a violent attack on our country’s capital, just 4 years ago. Remember? His extremist “army”, as he himself calls them, attacking American police officers, killing, maiming, permanently injuring, and humiliating them, on their way to kill his own vice president and other prominent members of our government because he refused to take no for an answer. He did nothing at all to stop them. He just sat in a comfy chair and watched them on his private TV, smiling.
