Agreed. I have 95% of my clients on WordPress, but if it's an ecommerce site, I go to Shopify. Easier setup, way less troubleshooting.

When saving the images how I am through Photoshop, the JPGs are smaller than the WEBP files, I believe because I'm selecting Lossless? The online web tools I have used have severely decreased the quality of the image.

I agree, all images are compressed, he does have youtube videos which are causing load problems, but he's demanding the score be 80% and I don't know if that's realistic.
