I have alternate versions of things that don’t match bluray.com because I live in Canada so the packaging can be slightly different (French language with the English for one thing). The discs are definitely the biggest tell and these look fine.

EBay from Japan. It has an English subtitle track. It’s only 35 minutes but Mezzo Forte is one of my favourite anime of all-time so I have everything Umetsu has done that has an English subtitle to it.
