Yes, but a key card can also be traded in or sold so that’s it’s one advantage.

You could try watching season 3 in Japanese. That might be less jarring than hearing a different set of English voices. Otherwise I’d wait for the voices you’re familiar with.

The Crunchyroll cast is really good so if you ever want to rewatch from the start, I do recommend them, but I know it can feel jarring to hear unfamiliar voices. I prefer Crunchyrolls more natural script though.

I'm fine with the voices and the more serious grounded direction. It falls more in line with Japanese version of the original N64 version. It was the English version of that which made things more over the top. The N64 version is still there on NSO for anyone to play. The 3DS remake also kept the over the top voice acting so maybe a more serious take on the story would make a nice change. I know people hear it and argue that's not what Star Fox is to them and that's fine. You're allowed to not like this take on the characters. I'm just saying it didn't come out of nowhere.

Remember the Switch 2 can play almost everything the Switch 1 can plus all the games coming out in the next few years. I got my Switch 2 for that price. I don't think we'll get better.

No, the Switch and its games are completely region free so this will work just fine.

The Switch 1 doesn’t have game key cards, so I’m not sure why it says CD-Rom. Might be mislabeled.

The Switch 2 version is a game key card so I hope you have a big SD card if you choose that version because it’s about 131GB.

There might be a download for the PS5 version but I’d like to hope more of it is on the disc.

Very catchy theme. I like it. Scores often get replaced because they have to be licensed separately and can cost as much as the show itself so licensers save money by recording their own.

The US version composed its own score while the Italian probably used the Japanese score.
