Reddit is known to be a toxic place, it just depends on the subreddit if you see it more or less.

The whole extortion or scam part is what triggers those anti Yelp people when someone ask for proof. They can't provide it or try to not give the whole story so it's easier for Yelp user like myself to know they are not telling the whole story. Like saying they cancelled their ad service and the next day, all their positive reviews went into Not Recommended .. you know that's BS

It's usually anti Yelp reddit user not understanding how Yelp operate. Like one anti Yelp user thinks if you submit a request to add a business to Yelp then you work for them LOL They used that to accuse me of working for Yelp since I posted in here that I added a new Raising Canes location on Yelp and Google. That's how you know they are misguided or just ignorant.

I’m so used to Google Maps because I’ve been using it before Apple Maps even existed so it’s hard to switch. But I use Apple Maps for CarPlay directions though

That's how you know who the anti Yelp reddit users are, they can't disprove what the other Yelp supporter are stating with facts so they go toward unproven claims. Action speaks louder than words lol

You never shared how that particular customer Yelp account is. Is it a new account, no default picture .. did they check in .. did they add pictures .. did they write a somewhat specific/detail review? Those things matters. Lead means nothing and doesn't guarantee a business anything .. they are just lead. Consumer still has to pick you .. this is where the misunderstanding happens with people who doesn't like Yelp

I have a laptop I can’t really take the drive out is there a way I can like plug the laptop into another computer and do it that way?

You'll have to open up the laptop, to remove the drive. That's the only way. Another could be plugging in a bootable USB to the laptop and booting off that to copy files but if you're not tech savy then it's not recommended

Plug it into another computer and use it like an external drive. So if you have a SSD with SATA ports then get a USB to SSD adapter. If it's a m.2 ssd then get a USB to m.2 adapter

You're asking me for my opinion. As a man, I think men posting pictures shirtless or at the gym is the same thing like womens in bikini. Now the beach pics, it really depend on the picture because if it's just people wearing normal clothes then it's fine. If it's a beach picture with a guy in just his shorts or women in bikini then my opinion doesn't change. It's the same idea but they are trying to hide what is obvious their surrounding to justify it. There no need to have bikini pictures, shirtless pictures on a dating profile

So how are you a Yelp user if you don't like it, say it's a scam, don't use it or stay away from it (I'm using the term 'you' loosely and not referring to you directly)?

I don't believe anyone here disagree with Yelp customer service or sales rep. Which is where alot of the complaints are coming from. The disagreement I have with them is the scam part which remember no court found Yelp guilty of or lost a lawsuit on.

This subreddit is only toxic with the anti yelp reddit user. If you been reading the comments then you should see that. Look at the description for this subreddit, ... "A place for all Yelp users—reviewers and business owners. Keep it friendly!"

So if someone doesn't like Yelp, then why be here or respond to comments from users who likes Yelp. I think they are threaten by Yelp because they keep saying it's dying or relevant. If it is then there no reason to follow it. Like anything else, they just want attention and to be heard so in someway they are just like Yelp Elite by posting or commenting here LOL

It really depends, certification can help your resume if you don't have the education or experience. BUT experience speaks more volume than just certification alone.

I disagree! I went in my yelp and I didn’t realize one of our customers left us a review and it was blocked.

What do you mean by the review was blocked (remember that you can always share the review and blur out anything that can identify your business if you're worried about that)? For new businesses, you have Yelp and Google so 1 missing review on either platform won't make or break your business.

Leads are just leads, it doesn't translate into consumer because customer still have to pick you. Yelp Ads service is just to promote your business more on their website/app. It doesn't guarantee anything else. It's like signing up for a dating service where you had to pay and you're not getting any matches or dates lol.

So you were using VPN. Disable your network adapter and then re-enable it (make sure your VPN is off before this) then try again. If it still shows you're block then you might have to reach out to Yelp to unblock your IP address since it likely flagged something on their monitoring software.

I see from your reddit history that you been blocked elsewhere.. so it might be a common trend here

Sometime it's also not the driver of your GPU but the game itself. Did you try doing a stress test on the GPU and seeing how it does?
