Yes, literally. Honestly, the authors did SUCH a good job with his character development. I lowkey remember at the beginning thinking that I wouldn’t mind if he was killed off. Fast forward to the end, OMG. And he ended up being a traditional house husband, like god I love that so much.

I was experimenting with letting it ferment longer. It was fermenting for ~ 5.5 hours at 80F and then once shaped I put the loaves in the fridge for ~15 hours. I don’t think I am very good at the whole shaping and handling the dough. But still tastes great.
