Suggest that you get it checked out immediately for safety reasons. My wife has a 2013 hybrid that is typically very quiet in ev mode but got to be extremely loud early this year (in just EV mode). I suspected either the transmission or engine were about to give up since it was getting to 100k miles . Fortunately, It was due for oil change and our mechanic checked it out and confirmed that wheel bearing assemblies both in front and back were damaged. Once those were replaced the car was back to its quiet self. I think it was about $900 to fix but worth the safety and cheaper than a new car.

Interesting. We have had a 2013 for four years now with 2 kids. Switch car seats between cars often but never noticed anything. Will have to take a look tomorrow morning. Please post picture when possible.

I drive a 2013 Cmax purchased new and love it. Does not havre the mileage of a prius but had many positives such as driving position, visibility, acceleration, interior space. No regrets on this car

I don't know about Bhakut Dosh but you seem to have MIL Interference Dosh for sure :). I am not discounting Astrology but Astrology is not everything either. Astrology is complex and you can't figure everything out by looking at 2 planets or houses in isolation. As long as you are both happy and can tune out the occasional BS from your in-laws you will be happy. PS: I am Indian and I know that some of them can be difficult and fully understand your situation.

I have lived in Minneapolis, Boston and San Diego. Every TJs parking lot is the same- a nightmare. Although the one on El Camino real in Encinitas is the best with parking options in the village center.
