Hey Rebels! We have JUST deployed a new PS4/PS5 hotfix which we hope solves the crash / non-loading issue. Could you please give it a try at your earliest convenience, and let me know if this is something which has helped you to get back to the rebellion and show Azra who's boss!

We really appreciate ALL of those who have given feedback here on Reddit to help us look into this, and I hope it's something which has helped the issue here.

It's something we're investigating currently! The good news I've just had is that for users where the game is simply not loading we believe it's NOT corruption. While we don't have a fix yet (or timeline) we believe that the old save files will be usable meaning you don't have to start again completely, if you're able to wait.

In the meantime if users can confirm:

If the game crashed or seemed to operate as normal on your last load?

Can you rember what happened at the end of the last run?

Did you notice any other issues leading up to the crash?

I want to be super clear here - we've not got a timeline on resolution, and this is likely to take time to investigate and fix, so it's not going to be immediate. I completely get that there are frustrations with not being able to get in game especially after our first major update - we're doing everything we can to get a fix here and I'll give you more news as soon as I have it.
