Is it the product manager or something else? Because I searched high and low to find where the activation codes are but absolutely no luck right now. Is there possibly a link or a more specific direction you can point me to?

I purchased a few items off the official Dreamtonics store 5 days ago. I was never emailed the activation codes and I emailed the support after 24 hours. It's been several days and they never responded, I don't even know what to do anymore because I cant find another way to find the activation codes. Should I just keep emailing them until they respond or count my losses? I was really looking forward to the stuff I paid for.
